More than 600 people take part each year in the 5-mile journey through scenic Port Jefferson and Belle Terre. They walk to support those with breast cancer. They travel in memory of a mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, friend or co-worker whose life was cut short by the disease. And they raise funds to help area residents receive state-of-the-art breast care at Mather Hospital.

In addition to the Walk families may participate in fun activities including the “Pink Your Pooch”costume contest, face painting, temporary tattoos and balloon sculpting.

WALKER REGISTRATION begins at 8 am and closes when the ribbon is cut at 9 am.
